My office is open Monday through Friday.
What are your fees?
My goal is to work with you to help you connect to services that will be useful and help you make changes.
My fee is $300 for 50 minute sessions, psychotherapy and supervision. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis, so please discuss any financial concerns you may have with me.
Group supervision (4 people) is $100/person for 1 hour
Do you take insurance?
Services may be covered in part by your health insurance for out-of-network mental health services. Please check with your provider for reimbursement rates (often 50- 80%), number of allowed visits and possible deductible.
I will provide you with a billing statement at the end of every month which you can then submit for reimbursement.
How do I pay for sessions?
You have the option of making payment by cash, check or credit card at the end of each session.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to change or cancel your appointment for any reason, please give at least 72 hours notification or you will be charged the full cost of your missed appointment.
